At High On Plants, all sales are final. We appreciate your understanding as we focus on maintaining the quality and integrity of our products.

Exceptions to the Policy:

While we do not accept returns or exchanges for most items, we recognize that situations can occur. We will consider exceptions in the following cases:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund after reviewing your case.

  2. Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that does not match your order, please reach out within 7 days. We will ensure you receive the correct product as soon as possible.

  3. Sizing Issues (If Applicable): For products with specific sizing (such as apparel), we may allow exchanges for sizing errors if you contact us within 24 of your order being placed, but it is not guaranteed.

To initiate a return or exchange under these exceptions, please follow these steps:

  2. Include photos of the damaged or incorrect item, if applicable.
  3. Our customer service team will respond promptly to assist you.

Terms:

  • All returns must be initiated within the specified time frames.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
  • We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet the criteria outlined above.
